    This Aetna plan D offers the following benefits:
    $0 copays and $0 deductible on Tier 1 drugs.*
    Roughly 600 drugs on Tiers 1 and 2 for at most $5.*
    Reduced deductible of $280 for Tier 2 to 5 meds.*
    SilverScript® Choice (PDP)
    This is Aetna’s most affordable PDP. It includes:
    $2 copays for Tier 1 drugs.*
    $0 monthly plan premium and reduced costs for people eligible for Extra Help.
    $545 deductible applies to all tiers.
    SilverScript® Plus (PDP)
    This is Aetna’s most comprehensive plan which includes:
    $0 copays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs.*
    Additional gap coverage.
    $0 deductible on Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs.

  • Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD)

    A Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD) bundles Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D in one comprehensive plan. An MAPD plan includes:
    Medicare Part A (hospital insurance)
    Medicare Part B (medical insurance)
    Medicare Part D (prescription medication)
